Belgian Beer Cafe | Friday Brunch
2:33 AM
Hi guys! Last weekend I spent my afternoon in a cozy, atmospheric, authentic European resto; the Belgian Beer Cafe located at Grand Millennium Hotel, Barsha Heights. I tried out their Friday Brunch themed menu with my good friend and blogger - Jean (of @ohitsjean)

If you love Belgian food as much as I do, you're in for a treat! Food and drinks are extremely great, plus it's not overly expensive as well :)
For our appetizer, we had the following:
BBC Cold Platter (A selection of cubed cheese, cold cuts, and beef salami)
Garlic & Jalapeno Cheesy Bread
Chicken Wings (in classic BBQ and garlic)
Breaded Shrimps
Sateekes (Which is my personal favourite!)

For the main course, we had the following:
Pan-Fried Salmon (Served w/sauteed asparagus, garlic potatoes and bearnaise sause)
Pan-Fried Salmon (Served w/sauteed asparagus, garlic potatoes and bearnaise sause)
Mariniere (Cooked in white wine, vegetables & cream)
Mussels Provencale (Cooked in white wine, garlic, ginger, tomato, onion and parsley)
Vel Escallop (Their signature dish. Served with a side green salad and Belgian fries)
For our dessert, we had some bite sized cake, fresh cut fruits, and Liegeoise waffles. This one was really yummy, being topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sause.
Lastly, I had the delectable Kriek Belle-Vue. It had a dry and creamy flavor of sweet cherries. I heard you can only find this drink in the Belgium Beer Cafe of Dubai, so people really do come visit to have this special beer! I swear it taste so good, quite irresistibly delicious :D
Belgian Beer Cafe is a great hangout for family and friends. Highly recommended!
